The most big difference I feeled is , there is not a clear thing you must do in the KIN-I-SUI.For example, you got a report of Annual work result.In the report, some ways of increasing accuracy is said effective.And the report said they are thinking about developing the auto-test tool. Ok.In this situation, what should I do?
There are indeed some options you can choose. Inputing these report to FURO-HON, gathering the related department head to escalate this thing and let them to make a decision. Both options are correctly. There is no correct answer.
My boss told me to think about what is the goal. Then think about which way is easy to achieve.And then choose the options.
